PEACE GUARANTEED

What We Offer

It's our mission to provide encouragement, education, and resources to individuals and families who may be facing hard times on various levels. We want to ensure that no matter what, their peace is maintained and protected at all times. At the end of the day, we just want to be a light in the tunnel of darkness, not just at the end.

No matter where you are or what you are doing in life, we want to help you get and
maintain the highest level of peace possible. Here are some ways to help you do just that:

How to Protect yourPeace

Set the Atmosphere

For the type of environment you want.

~If you respect your space, so will others.

Daily Meditation or Devotion with God

Even if you are not a Christian, you want to make sure you have some time set aside before beginning your activities to get your mind, soul, and body in a place of peace. Doing this will help you with the next point, which is:

Set the Atmosphere

For the type of environment you want.

~If you respect your space, so will others.

Take Heed or Note of Your Posture.

4

You want to have a posture of peace regardless of what is going on in or around you. Peace allows you to stay sane and navigate every situation, good or bad, with a clear mind. You will be able to make the proper decisions without any mental or spiritual distractions.

Watch or Limit the Amount of Negativity You Let in.

The more negativity you let in- whether it be by way of people, the kind of music you listen to, books you read, or any kind of social media outlet- the harder it will be to keep your peace intact.

4

Take Heed or Note of Your Posture.

You want to have a posture of peace regardless of what is going on within or around you. Peace allows you to stay sane and navigate every situation, good or bad, with a clear mind. You will be able to make the proper decisions without any mental or spiritual distractions.

Exercise

Take short walks, run, lift weights, attend a group fitness class, get a personal trainer, buy a punching bag, etc. The goal here is to stay active. The more active you are the better you will feel about yourself. The better you feel about yourself, the less likely you are to allow your peace to be interrupted by anything or anyone.

6

Don’t Be Afraid to Say “No”.

If you are always saying “Yes” to others, you will never have time and space to say yes to yourself. Which brings in the next point:

7

Take Personal or ME Time.

You need to be able to pause, rest, and re-group. While your goal may be to serve others, you won’t be able to do so running on fumes (empty). Take some time to get poured into, so that you are able to pour into others.

8

Get Counseling.

My husband and I did this, and it worked wonders for our marriage. Whether married or single, counseling will help get or keep your mental and emotional health in check.
